Institutional Case Studies
How research universities, writing centers, and graduate programs use CiteDash in the real world — with named contacts, measurable outcomes, and everything we learned along the way.
First cohort — 2026 pilots in progress
We’re running our founding pilot cohort with five R1 research universities and three writing centers in 2026. Case studies will publish here as each institution approves public disclosure. We expect the first 2-3 write-ups by Q3 2026.
What a CiteDash pilot looks like
- 12-month free institutional access for all staff and students in exchange for a named, public case study at the end.
- Dedicated implementation support — SSO setup, LibGuide templates, training materials, integration planning for Canvas / Blackboard / Moodle.
- Measured outcomes — we track usage, retention, citation accuracy, and institutional satisfaction. Both parties agree on the metrics upfront.
- Public write-up at the end of the pilot year, reviewed and approved by the institution before publication.
Interested in piloting?
Email pilots@citedash.ai with your institution, the department or library initiating the pilot, and rough expected user count. We prioritise institutions actively shaping AI policy on their campus (writing centers, libraries, academic integrity offices, graduate schools).
