CiteDash is the deep research platform built specifically for academia. We founded it to solve a critical problem: AI writing tools that fabricate citations, invent DOIs, and hallucinate references. Every claim CiteDash produces is traced back to a real, verifiable academic source.
Generative AI transformed how people write, but it introduced a dangerous flaw for academia: hallucinated citations. Standard LLMs routinely fabricate author names, journal titles, and DOIs. For students and researchers whose credibility depends on accurate references, this is unacceptable.
CiteDash takes a fundamentally different approach. Instead of generating text and hoping the citations are real, we search real academic databases first, retrieve verified papers, and only then synthesize findings into a cited report. A dedicated Reviewer agent runs automated hallucination detection and quality scoring before anything reaches you.
