Pending or resolved: nothing falls through
Every comment carries a status. Work through the pending list, mark each resolved as you address it, reopen any that need another pass, and filter by All, Pending, or Resolved. Your supervisor sees the resolution state on their link too, so the loop closes visibly.
Offline review, without losing the thread
Your supervisor can download the draft as a Word document or PDF, mark it up offline, and paste comments back into the exact sections they concern: the thread in CiteDash stays the single record.
You stay in control of the link
Rotate mints a fresh URL and breaks the old one; Revoke turns sharing off entirely. Sharing is a decision you can reverse at any time, per project.
Read-only by design
